Proteomics of human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line LS411N by iTRAQ after RACGAP1 knockdown

RACGAP1 (Rac GTPase Activating Protein 1) expression of colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line LS411N was knocked down by siRNA interference technique and the control group was transfected with negative control sequences. Isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation (iTRAQ) were used to quantitatively analyze samples. The experiment was repeated for 3 times in both groups.
