Visium Spatial Gene Expression by the 10X genomics protocol was performed on 2 sections of human DRG tissue to elucidate the spatial transcriptomic organization. Overall design: 2 Sequential 16µm thick sections of a human female (female; age 96; BMI 22.5) DRG donor were mounted on a slide and then spatially molecularly profiled through the Visium Spatial Gene Expression platform by 10X Genomics.
