Quantum-enhanced nanodiamond rapid test advances early SARS-CoV-2 antigen detection in clinical diagnostics- Data sets

The dataset AuNP LoD LF images contains the raw images of lateral flow test strips analysed for the AuNP assay limit of detection using recombinant nucleocapsid protein in Fig. 2b. The test strips are imaged with n=3 sample replicates. The file Bayesian_Final_code contains the MATLAB code and relevant files related to the Bayesian statistical analysis supporting Fig. 3b; Fig. 4a,b; Supplementary Fig. 8,9. The MATLAB code is provided for antibody binding kinetics analysis using the raw data exported from Fortebio Octet Red to find and plot KD, kon, koff, and kobs supporting data in Fig. 2a; Supplementary Fig.2, and Supplementary Table 1. The processed image data of FND test lines for limit of detection analysis and clinical samples are in the processed FND image data folder.
