This study aims to study the Microbial metagenomics in six GIT segments from three dead primates, including the golden snub-nosed monkey (Rhinopithecus roxellanae), green monkey (Chlorocebus aethiops sabaeus), and ring-tailed lemur (Lemur cotta) by using the 16S rRNA sequences on Illumina HiSeq 4000. The results will help us understand the inner gut microbiota and function and wildlife conservation.
