Single-cell RNA-sequencing was conducted on heterogeneous human prostates FACS sorted for viability from BPH patients on the 10x Genomics platform. Overall design: Fresh human prostate specimens were digested into single-cell suspensions, cells were subject to single-cell RNA-sequencing using the 10x Genomics platform.
