DTPs were generated from PC9, A375, GTL-16 and H358. Bulk RNA-seq were perfomred to study the heterogeneity of DTPs derived from different cancer cell lines. Besides, based on our screen results, we identified that Bet inhibition served as a promising approach to eradicate DTPs while have minor effect on parental cancer cells. Bulk RNA-seq were performed to investigate the mechanisms.
