Bacillus licheniformis TCCC11148 is an important industrial strain used to produce alkaline protease. In this study, the transcriptome of B. lichenifromis TCCC11148 strain was analyzed by high throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq).The presented data will provides a basis for further study of the B. lichenifromis transcriptome by identifying useful inducible promoters for industrial uses.
