Single-cell analysis of adult and aged mice meninges in between olfactory bulb

To investigate the transcriptomic changes in the meninges located between olfactory bulb of adult and aged mice. Whole meningeal cells in adult and aged mice were FACS sorted and single-cell RNA seq was performed. Overall design: CD45 depleted menigneal cells from adult and aged mice were sorted and single-cell libraries were generated.
