It incorporates key information including public security, fire control, and emergency support resources in Haidian District, combines power data to conduct in-depth analyses of public security alerts and fire safety conditions, and takes comprehensive account of the distribution of newly constructed emergency land and power emergency support facilities, thereby establishing a comprehensive data pipeline. These data lay a solid foundation for the evaluation of core indicators such as the resilient urban space guarantee rate and the power energy supply guarantee completeness rate. This application scenario primarily addresses the complexity and uncertainty inherent in urban resilience assessment. Through quantitative analysis, it accurately identifies the city's weak points in responding to natural disasters, public safety incidents and other emergency events.
