Additional file 3: EC number pathway statistics. This file is generated by PoMeLo and returned as ‘ec_number_pathway_stats_organism_date.tab’ where the organism and date are specific to the analysis. This file lists all EC numbers observed in the analysis with their associated description (ec_description), pathway information (pathway_name, pathway_id), and measures of gene “promiscuity” (ec_pindex, avg_pindex_by_pathway).
