Chronological record of dentist's visits showing the date of the visit, the patient's name, the nature of the work done, eg. extractions, fillings, plates, and any remarks. From 23 October 1936, the boys are listed by surname only. The fee for each patient is noted from 5 November 1929 to 31 March 1937, and after that the fee for more expensive treatment.
