Transcriptome analysis of Cinnamomum micranthum in response to drought and low temperature stress

Cinnamomum micranthum is a rare and endangered tree species. Drought and low-temperature stress are significant environmental stress limiting the distribution of the natural Cinnamomum micranthum population and ex-situ cultivation. In this project, RNA-sequencing technology was employed to provide the drought and low-temperature stress-related transcriptome of Cinnamomum micranthum.
