DEVELOPING AN INTEGRATIVE REHABILITATION APPROACH TO ADDRESS SPEECH AND MOTOR DISORDERS IN CHILDREN WITH CEREBRAL PALSY

This article explores the significance and development prospects of an integrative rehabilitative approach in correcting speech and motor impairments in children with Cerebral Palsy (CP). Cerebral palsy is a complex polymorphic pathology characterized not only by disorders of the musculoskeletal system but also by various forms of speech defects (dysarthria, alalia) and cognitive delays. The primary objective of the study is to develop mechanisms for increasing the level of social adaptation of the child by unifying medical, pedagogical, and psychological methods. The research analyzes the interrelationship between kinesitherapy, logopedic massage, and modern neuro-rehabilitation technologies. The advantage of the integrative approach lies in its holistic view of speech and motor functions as a unified physiological system rather than isolated impairments. The article provides practical recommendations for implementing sensory integration and art therapy elements into the rehabilitation process. In conclusion, it is substantiated that integrative rehabilitation is more effective than traditional isolated methods in improving the quality of life and ensuring the social integration of children with cerebral palsy.
