Dataset for: Real-time self-supervised denoising for high-speed fluorescence neural imaging
收藏资源简介:
General Overview This dataset contains the five data collections used for the analyses in our study, "Real-time self-supervised denoising for high-speed fluorescence neural imaging". It includes newly generated/collected data as well as publicly available datasets that have been reused. The source of each dataset is detailed below. Original Data The following datasets were generated or collected specifically for this study: File 2-Voltage_Simulated_Fast_Dynamics.zip: Simulated data representing fast voltage dynamics. File 5-Calcium_Astrocyte_Volume.tif: Volumetric two-photon imaging data of astrocytes. Publicly Sourced and Reused Data To validate our methods, we also used the following publicly available datasets. We extend our gratitude to the original authors for making their data open. File 1-Calcium_Neuronal_Population.tif: Description: Two-photon calcium imaging of neurons in mouse vS1 at 8 Hz. Original Source: The Neurofinder Challenge. Available at: http://neurofinder.codeneuro.org File 3-Voltage_Single_Cell.zip: Description: Epifluorescence voltage imaging of pyramidal cells (1,000 Hz) with corresponding patch-clamp recordings.
