we examined the influence of Tc17-CM from WT or from IL17A/F KO mice on the in vitro differentiation of quiescent pancreatic stellate cells (qPSC) towards an iCAF or myCAF phenotypes Overall design: qpSCs were seeded as co-cultures for 48h in matrigel droplets. After that they were treated for 48 hours with conditioned media in quadruplicates.
