Viridian consensus sequences for global tree, batch 2

Second batch of consensus sequences made by Viridian, used to update the global tree from the May 2024 preprint of "Addressing pandemic-wide systematic errors in the SARS-CoV-2 phylogeny", to make the tree in the October 2024 version of the preprint. This is a single archive tar file, containing the sequences split over multiple xzipped FASTA files.
