3dl_nucount dataset has been built using Napari and its annotations tools. It consists of a manual labelling of object in a 3D volume of size 63x256x256. This dataset has been then used to fine-tune a Stardist 3D pretrained model in order to segment cells in 3D from fluorescence microscopy stacks.
