Genomes of Novel Pseudomonas spp. from Trout Farm. Pseudomonas

Bacterial isolates were cultured from abiotic surface biofilms at a trout aquaculture facility. Many of these isolates did not reach the genome similarity thresholds required to be classified as a known species. Additionally, all of these isolates displayed the ability to inhibit known fish and human pathogens which makes them relevant for probiotic and antimicrobial sourcing in agricultural and clinical settings.
