DiRT v2 — Vitis vinifera RSL leaf RNA-seq test dataset

This deposit contains the pre-aligned, indexed BAM files and reference annotation used as the worked example in DiRT v2 — Dicistronic Transcript Detection Pipeline (AdelaideUniPlantMobileRNA/DiRT_Pipeline_V2: Bioinformatic pipeline to detect dicistronic tRNA-mRNA transcripts in plant species, using grapevine T2T genome as data analysis). It allows users to reproduce the manuscript's main result — 40 dicistronic- transcript (DT) candidates in Vitis vinifera leaf tissue — without having to re-run trimming and alignment.
