The records in this series were created in the process of arranging Council meetings. The Notice Papers were the formal notices to councillors of forthcoming business for the next meeting.Information on each Notice Paper included the meeting date, time and type of meeting (ordinary, annual, and so on), the business of the meetings and councillor initiated Notices of Motion. The volume for the period 1970-1973 included reports along with the Notice Papers.
