MRC5 cells were mock-infected or infected with HSV-1 (KOS) at an MOI of 10 PFU/cell for two, three, four, six, or twelve hours. 4SU was pulsed in for 15 minutes prior to RNA isolation and 4SU-Seq was performed. Illumina sequencing was performed using HiSeq2500 to generate 50 SE reads, adaptors are Illumina TruSeq 6 base.
