本数据集为无损检测研究液态金属电池内部材料关键技术,设计了液态金属电池无损检测方法-显微CT检测,并提出了一种适用于显微CT检测的液态金属电池装置。使用X射线三维显微CT,获得了液态金属电池内部关键部件的显微形貌,分析正极对集流体的腐蚀过程,揭示其腐蚀机理,检测分辨率可达2 μm。该数据集内容主要对应课题研究任务2-液态金属电池无损检测方法。
This dataset is tailored for key technical research on internal materials of liquid metal batteries through nondestructive testing. We developed a nondestructive testing method for liquid metal batteries—micro-CT detection—and proposed a dedicated liquid metal battery device for micro-CT testing. Using X-ray 3D micro-CT, we captured the microscopic morphology of key internal components of liquid metal batteries, analyzed the corrosion process of the positive electrode on the current collector, elucidated its corrosion mechanism, and achieved a detection resolution of up to 2 μm. The content of this dataset primarily corresponds to Task 2 of the research project: Nondestructive Testing Methods for Liquid Metal Batteries.
