以入库重量差异为分析对象,构建“计算-阈值-标记”三级算法逻辑:第一步,基于核心公式“盈亏=入库重量矿发重量”计算每笔订单的重量差值;第二步,结合14个月1000+订单的历史数据,采用统计学方法(如标准差分析)设定±3%的合理盈亏阈值,区分正常损耗与异常差异;第三步,内置异常数据自动标记算法,对超出阈值的订单(如盈亏值>3%或<3%)自动标注“异常”标签,并关联异常原因排查指引(如核查磅秤精度、追溯运输环节),形成完整的重量盈亏分析闭环。
Taking inbound weight difference as the core analysis object, a three-level algorithmic logic of "calculation-threshold-labeling" is constructed. Step 1: Calculate the weight difference of each order based on the core formula "Profit and Loss = Inbound Weight - Mine-dispatched Weight"; Step 2: Based on 14 months of historical data covering more than 1,000 orders, a reasonable ±3% profit and loss threshold is set using statistical methods such as standard deviation analysis to distinguish between normal weight losses and abnormal discrepancies; Step 3: A built-in automatic anomaly data labeling algorithm is implemented, which automatically assigns the "abnormal" label to orders exceeding the threshold (i.e., profit and loss value > 3% or < 3%), and links these orders with troubleshooting guidelines for abnormal causes, such as checking the precision of weighing scales and tracing transportation links, thereby forming a complete closed-loop system for weight profit and loss analysis.
