该数据集主要面向斑马鱼脑图谱研究，斑马鱼神经投射和脑区联接规律研究需求建设；基于斑马鱼神经元稀疏标记的图像数据经由单神经元形态重构后再经过适度平滑及重采样处理及应用Advanced Normalization Tools (ANTs) 软件的配准变换功能计算产生；主要记录了已配准到斑马鱼通用物理空间的单神经元数字化形态数据。数据以*.swc格式存储。This dataset was developed to support research on zebrafish brain atlas, zebrafish neural projections and brain region connectivity patterns. It is generated from sparsely labeled zebrafish neuron image data, which first undergoes single neuron morphological reconstruction, followed by moderate smoothing and resampling processing, and is finally registered and transformed using the registration and transformation functions of Advanced Normalization Tools (ANTs) software. The dataset primarily records digitally reconstructed single neuron morphological data that has been registered to the standardized common physical space of zebrafish. All data is stored in *.swc format.
