The genomic data of Lactobacillus sp. 11446 beloning to the family Lactobacillaceae of the phylum Firmicutes, were obtained using the PacBio_20K platform. The draft genome of Lactobacillus sp. 11446 contains 3,183,513 bp. Detailed genomic analyses and comparative studies with other bacterial genomes will give further information and insight into the metabolism of bacterial species.
