Multi-Dataset Evapotranspiration (ET and PET) Maps for Italy – 2013 (MODIS, GLEAM, HPET)

This dataset provides annual evapotranspiration (ET) and potential evapotranspiration (PET) maps for the year 2013 across Italy, obtained from three established global products: • MODIS MOD16A3GF (500 m)• GLEAM v3.7b (0.25°)• hPET (0.1°) All datasets were extracted, preprocessed, converted to mm/year, harmonized to EPSG:4326, and clipped to the national boundary of Italy. Statistical layers (mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation) were produced to enable intercomparison among datasets. This dataset supports the RETURN project (Italy), and was prepared as part of an internship at the University of Padova under the supervision of Prof. Marco Marani.
