Aqueous microbial communities from the Delaware River and Bay under freshwater to marine salinity gradient to study organic matter cycling in a time-series - DEBay_Spr_30_<0.8_DNA_Nanopore

This is a metagenomic sequence of Delaware Bay water sample which was collected at a 30 PSU salinity gradient in the Spring season. This sample was sequenced in-house using Oxford Nanopore Technology.
