Gene expression profiles of Semaphorin 3G stimulated macrophages [RNA-seq]

Although Semaphorin 3G has some roles in the development of vessels, the roles in immune system are not characterized. We aimed to study how Semaphorin 3G affects the function of macrophages. Bone marrow cells were obtained from C57BL6/J mice and the cells were cultured in the presence of 50ng/ml M-CSF. Adhered cells were considered as macrophages. These macrophages were stimulated with 100ng/ml LPS overnight. Activated macrophages were further cultured with or without 100ng/ml recombinant Semaphorin 3G
