Strain B-7194 was isolated from Rattus norvegicus. The strain belongs to sequence type ST43 (as defined in Laukkanen-Ninios R, et al. 2011, Environ. Microbiol. 13:3114-3127). Short read sequences were assembled into 240 contigs larger than 1 kb, for a total of 4427121 bp. The largest contig is 91573 bp long. This project is part of a study comprising a total of 2 ST43 strains from Russia.
