Investigation of the regulon and RNA targets of RNase Y in Campylobacter jejuni

RNA-seq was used to study gene expression profiles and potential processing sites in Campylobacter jejuni NCTC11168 wildtype and RNase Y (rny, Cj1209) deletion.
