Through these detection data, we can determine whether the enrofloxacin content in aquatic products meets safety standards, so as to prevent food safety issues caused by excessive or non-compliant enrofloxacin levels. With real-time updated data, we can realize real-time monitoring of the entire production process of aquatic products to ensure food safety. 1. Data Collection: Collect raw data from aquatic product production and sales stores, including sample names. 2. Data Detection: Preprocess the enrofloxacin residual samples from the collected aquatic product samples to facilitate subsequent detection. Use appropriate instruments and methods to quantitatively detect enrofloxacin in aquatic products, organize and analyze the detection data, and obtain the enrofloxacin content of each sample. 3.
