This dataset contains processed Airyscan2 microscopy images:
1) used to quantify the distribution of Cdc42-mCherrySW (channel 1) and CRIB-GFP (channel 2). This is quantified in Figure 2C-2F in the manuscript. Cdc42 was either wildtype (WT) or targeted to the membrane by 1, 2 or 3 copies of RitC. Diploid heterozygous and haploid cells were imaged. File names provide strain number, brief description of genotype and date of acquisition.
2) showing the distribution of Cdc42-mCherry (either WT or targeted to the membrane with 3 copies of RitC) and CRIB-GFP in rga3∆ rga4∆ rga6∆ mutant cells, as in Figure 4C.
