Table S1. The questionnaire was used in the national survey: Inter-institutional variations in oxytocin augmentation during labour in German university hospitals. It was originally designed according to the NHSLA/CNST standard 2 criterion 5 of the Maternity Clinical Risk Management Standards. Therefore, it includes the following five categories: oxytocin dosage, criteria for oxytocin administration and indications, contraindications, case-specific conditions and the process of developing SOPs.
