Energy prices and costs in Europe

The prices and costs for energy evolve over time depending on many different factors like the prices of inputs, market competition and market integration conditions, regulatory and policy-related costs, taxation as well as consumers’ needs and behavioural patterns. Starting in 2014, the European Commission publishes a regular report on energy prices and costs, which takes stock of the latest trends for gas, electricity and oil prices, as well as other energy costs in Europe and internationally.能源价格与成本随时间推移而动态演变，其影响因素涵盖多类维度：包括投入品价格、市场竞争与市场一体化状况、监管及政策相关成本、税收政策，以及消费者需求与行为模式。 自2014年起，欧盟委员会（European Commission）会定期发布能源价格与成本相关报告，该报告梳理了欧洲及全球范围内天然气、电力、石油价格及其他能源成本的最新动态。
