农村宅基地审批监管平台以宅基地现状数据为基础，结合国土空间规划、用途管制、林地保护利用规划、审批规则数据等最新空间规划和政策法规，利用互联网+、大数据等新一代信息技术而构建，支撑落实“一户一宅”政策，实现对农村宅基地申请、审批、建房监管、违法用地查处等全流程线上线下相结合的管理及监管，促进“美丽乡村”“数字乡村”建设。The rural homestead examination and approval supervision platform is constructed based on the current status data of rural homesteads, integrating the latest spatial planning and policies and regulations such as territorial spatial planning, use regulation, forest land protection and utilization planning, and examination and approval rule data, and leveraging new-generation information technologies including Internet Plus and big data. It supports the implementation of the "one household, one homestead" policy, realizes integrated online-offline management and supervision covering the entire process of rural homestead application, examination and approval, construction supervision, and illegal land use investigation and handling, and promotes the construction of "Beautiful Countryside" and "Digital Village".
