This record contains raw and processed XPS datasets collected during my work at HZB.The files are organized by experiment and beamtime, including CMTS/TiO₂ interface studies, BaZrS₃ measurements from the HIKE beamtime, BaZrS₃ lift-off–related XPS data, Li battery–related XPS data, and Au reference spectra used for energy calibration at the HYDRA endstation. Regarding the XPS datasets: the Li battery–related XPS data have already been handed over to Elmar previously.The Au reference spectra were copied directly from the HYDRA endstation computer and were used for the binding energy calibration of the CMTS/TiO₂ samples. The data are archived here for long-term access and internal reference.Access is currently restricted, as the data are unpublished.
