This dataset supports the article Ethical Considerations in Consumer Preferences for Regional Food Brands. It includes 384 responses collected via online and paper surveys using a quota sampling method based on demographic data from the Liberec Region (Czech Statistical Office, 2023). Data collection occurred from March to June 2024, primarily through Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI), with printed versions distributed in public venues for respondents without internet access. The questionnaire featured multiple-choice, short-answer, and Likert scale questions and was pilot-tested for clarity and reliability. This dataset provides insights into ethical considerations in consumer preferences for regional food brands and can be used for further research or replication.
