Countertrading congestion management activations performed by Elia.Congestion management activations:- Internal Redispatching : All redispatching bids are performed in the control area where the congestion is located.- Cross-Border Redispatching : The redispatching bids are performed in different control areas.- Countertrading : Cross zonal exchange initiated by system operators between two bidding zones to relieve physical congestion. This dataset contains data until 21/05/2024 (before ICAROS local go-live).本数据集收录由电网运营商Elia执行的反向交易（Countertrading）阻塞管理激活操作相关数据。 阻塞管理激活操作包含以下三类： - 内部再调度（Internal Redispatching）：所有再调度报价均在发生阻塞的控制区域内执行； - 跨区域再调度（Cross-Border Redispatching）：再调度报价在不同控制区域内执行； - 反向交易（Countertrading）：由系统运营商在两个竞价区域间发起的跨分区电力交易，用于缓解实体电力阻塞。 本数据集的数据覆盖至2024年5月21日（ICAROS本地正式上线前的历史数据）。
