Microarray analysis of high-dose recombinant erythropoietin treatment of unilateral brain injury in neonatal mouse hippocampus

Comparison of gene expression in the hippocampus of 10 day old sham-injured and brain-injured BALB-c mice, and examine the effects of high dose Epo on these conditions at 24 hours following injury. Four groups of six mice were treated with epo/no epo, injured/not injured.
