粉尘再悬浮实验数据主要面向聚变堆粉尘安全研究,基于中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院新建的实验装置DustSAFER开展,该实验装置能够开展聚变堆LOCA事故工况条件下的高压氦气冲击真空腔体导致粉尘发生悬浮的测试,再现8MPa氦气冲击真空室的流场过程以及粉尘的再悬浮行为,获得流场特征与粉尘再悬浮比例的实验数据。
实验首先选取不同粒径大小的单相钨粉尘,并放在柱形真空腔体中的小托盘上,以模拟聚变堆真空室内底部的粉尘沉积情况;然后,在不同实验条件下进行再悬浮实验,其中8Mpa高压氦气破口位置和破口尺寸分别取若干种典型情况,再配以不同的腔体真空度和壁面温度以包络聚变堆 LOCA 事故的典型工况。在实验中,利用电子天平获取再悬浮实验前后的钨粉尘质量,利用数据测量系统获取压力数据和温度数据等。最后对比不同实验工况下的钨粉尘再悬浮比例和流场特征的差异,分析聚变堆 LOCA事故条件下破口位置、破口大小、钨粉尘粒径大小等因素对钨粉尘再悬浮比例的影响规律。数据量约为4GB
This dataset of dust resuspension experiments is primarily developed for dust safety research on fusion reactors, and is conducted based on the newly-built experimental facility DustSAFER at Hefei Institutes of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. This facility enables tests of dust resuspension induced by high-pressure helium jet impinging on the vacuum chamber under the LOCA accident conditions of fusion reactors, reproducing the flow field process of 8 MPa helium jet impinging on the vacuum chamber and the dust resuspension behavior, and acquiring experimental data on flow field characteristics and dust resuspension ratio.
First, single-phase tungsten dust with different particle sizes is selected and placed on a small tray inside the cylindrical vacuum chamber to simulate the dust deposition at the bottom of the fusion reactor vacuum chamber. Then, resuspension experiments are carried out under different experimental conditions: several typical cases are selected for the break location and break size of the 8 MPa high-pressure helium jet, paired with different chamber vacuum degrees and wall temperatures to cover the typical operating conditions of fusion reactor LOCA accidents. During the experiments, the mass of tungsten dust before and after the resuspension experiment is measured using an electronic balance, while pressure and temperature data are collected via a data measurement system. Finally, the differences in tungsten dust resuspension ratios and flow field characteristics under different experimental conditions are compared, and the influence laws of factors such as break location, break size, and tungsten dust particle size on the tungsten dust resuspension ratio under fusion reactor LOCA accident conditions are analyzed. The total data volume is approximately 4 GB.
