该菌株在CM0006培养基上37℃生长良好,需氧类型为厌氧可用于研究。可采用-80℃冰箱冻结法;真空冷冻干燥法进行保藏。兼性厌氧。菌落1.0-2.0mm、乳黄色、圆形微隆起、边缘整齐、有光泽、无透明圈;菌体短杆端圆、成链排列。G+,不运动,H2O2酶阴性、硝酸还原试验阴性、H2S阴性,pH4.5生长,150C、450C不生长。发酵葡萄糖、苦杏仁苷、阿拉伯糖、七叶灵、果糖、半乳糖、乳糖、麦芽糖、棉籽糖、核糖、蔗糖等产酸,不发酵纤维二糖、甘露醇、甘露糖、松三糖、鼠李糖、水杨苷、山梨醇、海藻糖、木糖等产酸。生产酸奶,《GB 4789.35-2010食品中乳酸菌检验》阳性对照菌株。
This strain grows excellently at 37°C on CM0006 medium, with anaerobic oxygen requirement, and is applicable for scientific research. It is facultatively anaerobic. This strain can be preserved using two methods: -80°C freezer cryopreservation and vacuum freeze-drying. Its colonies are 1.0–2.0 mm in diameter, creamy yellow, circular, slightly convex, with neat margins, glossy surface, and no transparent halos. The cells are short rods with rounded ends, arranged in chains. Physiologically and biochemically, it is Gram-positive, non-motile, catalase-negative, nitrate reduction test-negative, and H2S production-negative. It is capable of growing at pH 4.5, but cannot survive at 15°C or 45°C. It ferments glucose, amygdalin, arabinose, esculin, fructose, galactose, lactose, maltose, raffinose, ribose, sucrose, etc., to produce acid, but cannot ferment cellobiose, mannitol, mannose, melezitose, rhamnose, salicin, sorbitol, trehalose, xylose, etc., for acid production. Additionally, it is used for yogurt production and serves as a positive control strain in the test specified in "China National Standard GB 4789.35-2010: Examination of Lactic Acid Bacteria in Foods".
