2.数据处理
2.1告警规则定义和算法设计:根据环境要素的规格和要求,定义告警规则,并设计算法来分析实时采集的数据。对实时采集的环境数据通过定义的告警规则校验匹配算法:
如果空气温度大于35°C,则表示高温;
如果湿度大于70%,则表示潮湿;
如果PM2.5浓度超过设定的阈值,则表示空气污染;
如果噪声超过55分贝,则表示噪音污染。
基于上述告警规则,判断空气温度、湿度、大气压力、风速、风向、PM2.5、PM10、噪声、雨量、光照是否正常,并确定包括温度、空气、风力、噪音等报警。
2.2环境异常报警识别:根据算法的结果,识别出空气温度、湿度、大气压力、风速、风向、PM2.5、PM10、噪声、雨量、光照是否正常,并判定是否存在温度、空气、风力、噪音等异常。如果数据超出了定义的阈值范围,系统将判定存在异常,并触发相应的告警机制,例如发送警报通知、显示异常信息或触发自动化控制系统,并实现环境异常报警的动态识别和可视化展示。
This dataset is developed by collecting operational environmental meteorological data including air temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed, wind direction, PM2.5, PM10, noise, rainfall, illumination and other related metrics. It analyzes alarm faults such as high temperature, humidity, air pollution and noise pollution via the pre-defined alarm rule verification and matching algorithm, and enables dynamic identification and visual display of environmental anomaly alarms.
1. Data Source
Ten-element environmental meteorological monitoring devices are installed on street lamp poles, which collect the aforementioned real-time environmental meteorological operational data.
2. Data Processing
2.1 Alarm Rule Definition and Algorithm Design
According to the specifications and requirements of each environmental factor, alarm rules are defined and corresponding analysis algorithms are designed. The real-time collected environmental data is verified and matched against the pre-defined alarm rules:
- If the air temperature exceeds 35°C, a high temperature alarm is triggered;
- If the humidity exceeds 70%, a humidity alarm is triggered;
- If the PM2.5 concentration exceeds the set threshold, an air pollution alarm is triggered;
- If the noise level exceeds 55 decibels, a noise pollution alarm is triggered.
Based on the above alarm rules, the normality of air temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed, wind direction, PM2.5, PM10, noise, rainfall and illumination is judged, and alarms including temperature, air quality, wind-related and noise-related ones are identified.
2.2 Environmental Anomaly Alarm Identification
Based on the output of the analysis algorithm, the normality of the aforementioned 10 environmental metrics is determined, and anomalies such as temperature, air quality, wind-related and noise-related issues are identified. If the collected data exceeds the pre-defined threshold range, the system will recognize the anomaly and trigger the corresponding alarm mechanism, including sending alert notifications, displaying anomaly information or activating an automated control system, thus realizing dynamic identification and visual display of environmental anomaly alarms.
