Their vehicles operate under the vehicle intelligent management system owned by Kunlun Logistics, but the carriers themselves cannot obtain real-time vehicle operating status and pre-alarm information, resulting in inadequate vehicle operation and safety management. There is an urgent need to procure safety assessment data services composed of vehicle location service data and pre-alarm data, so as to improve operation and safety management levels and meet the needs of refined safety management. The name of this data product is Kunlun Logistics Carrier Vehicle Safety Assessment Dataset. It includes massive vehicle positioning and vehicle alarm data, complies with the national strict regulatory requirements for specific types such as heavy-duty trucks, ensures the safety and integrity of the entire transportation process, can assist carriers in reasonably arranging transportation plans, avoid resource waste, and bring economic and social benefits to carriers. This product is only available to Kunlun Logistics' carriers for refined safety management purposes. All carriers of Kunlun Logistics are equipped with smart on-board terminals. The terminals receive signals emitted by satellites through antennas, and the signals include information such as satellite position and time. The positioning chip inside the terminal processes the received signals, calculates the specific location of the vehicle by analyzing parameters such as signal frequency and phase, and transmits the encrypted location and speed information to the vehicle intelligent management system via the network every 30 seconds. The system calculates the location and speed data to determine whether the vehicle is speeding or violating other regulations.
