Transcriptomic data of Propsilocerus akamusi on deltamethrin tolerance. Propsilocerus akamusi

Among insecticides, pyrethroid is widely used in mosquito control, of which the overexpression of detoxification enzymes is well-studied. However, the highly toxic of pyrethroid has been neglected in urban water. Herein, we used a widespread species in East Asia, Propsilocerus akamusi, to explore the expression profiles for deltamethrin tolerance. The expression profiles for P. akmusi would provide valuable resources to understand their role in insecticide resistance of this species.
