高密度磁场电磁搅拌装备技术研究报告数据集主要给出了连铸板坯二冷区磁场、流场和凝固场的数学模型,不同组合形式下高推力辊式电磁搅拌器的磁流场结果分析、电磁搅拌辊宽断面的应用、以及电磁搅拌电源容错型结构及控制策略,以及冶金效果。记录了电磁搅拌容错逆变电源的主要参数、模拟仿真结果及相关实验数据,以及电磁搅拌输出电流、最大推力、能效值等数据。数据量3481KB。
High-density Magnetic Field Electromagnetic Stirring Equipment Technology Research Report Dataset mainly presents the mathematical models of magnetic field, flow field and solidification field in the secondary cooling zone of continuous casting slab, analyses of magnetic-flow field results of high-thrust roller-type electromagnetic stirrers under different combination forms, the application of wide cross-section of electromagnetic stirring rollers, the fault-tolerant structure and control strategy of electromagnetic stirring power supply, as well as the metallurgical effects. It records the main parameters, simulation results and related experimental data of the fault-tolerant inverter power supply for electromagnetic stirring, as well as data such as the output current, maximum thrust and energy efficiency value of electromagnetic stirring. The dataset size is 3481 KB.
