Information about the acquired property (equipment, software) within the framework of international technical assistance

To prepare the set, it is necessary to determine whether the administrator is the recipient of international technical assistance programs (projects). The list of programs and information about their recipients is available on the ProAID Ukraine portal and the website of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. Information about material values that have been accepted on the balance sheet can be obtained from transactions, acts of acceptance and transfer, inventory descriptions and other financial statements. According to the results of the analysis of documents, a list of material values is formed.为构建该数据集，需先确认管理员是否为国际技术援助计划（项目）的受援方。相关援助计划清单及其受援方信息可通过乌克兰ProAID门户网站以及乌克兰经济发展与贸易部官方网站获取。已入账实物资产的相关信息，可通过交易凭证、验收移交单据、库存清单及其他财务报表获取。经对前述文件开展分析后，即可生成实物资产清单。
