This dataset is developed to meet the intelligent quality control demands of woven fabric production, catering to the urgent needs for efficient and accurate quality detection technologies during the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry. Fabric defect detection is a key quality control link in woven fabric production. Traditional manual inspection modes suffer from low efficiency and high error rates, making the application of machine vision detection technologies the core solution to this pain point. The construction of this dataset provides support for the R&D and implementation of related technologies.

The dataset was collected and generated from October 2022 to October 2025. Its core contents include two parts: 1. A complete design plan for woven fabric defect detection systems, summarized by the project's researchers and developers, which serves as a detailed technical blueprint for system development and optimization; 2. Operation demonstration videos of the woven production line prototype, which intuitively display the defect detection performance of the system under actual production working conditions.

This dataset is fully shared, and is applicable to scenarios such as R&D of machine vision detection technologies, optimization of textile production quality control systems, and applied research of industrial vision in the textile field.
