深圳恒天吉建筑港平台光明区项目工种效率数据

该数据集为2024年-2025年深圳市恒天吉科技有限公司建筑杠平台在已有协议获取的光明区建筑项目基础数据中进行数据清洗、加工，形成单日工时达标率、单日工作完成率、合同验收率、负面信息这四个维度信息，经过AHP层次分析法、随机森林模型分析验证最终得出相应权重，得出反映不同工种效率的数据集。这一数据集合应用能够解决的问题有以下三方面：一，帮助企业更好的制定合理的日工作量标准，减少浪费；二，科学分配劳动力，避免人员冗余或短缺；三，预判用工矛盾，避免出现停工风险。This dataset is developed by Shenzhen Hengtianji Technology Co., Ltd.'s Building Construction Platform, which is derived from the basic data of construction projects in Guangming District obtained through existing agreements, after data cleaning and processing. Four dimensional metrics are established: daily working hour compliance rate, daily work completion rate, contract acceptance rate, and negative information. Following analysis and validation using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Random Forest model, the corresponding weights are calculated, resulting in a dataset that reflects the efficiency of various construction trades. The applications of this dataset address three key challenges: 1. Assisting enterprises in formulating reasonable daily workload standards and reducing waste; 2. Scientifically allocating labor resources to avoid staff redundancy or shortage; 3. Predicting labor conflicts and mitigating shutdown risks.
