The aim of the project was to investigate the transcriptomic mechanism of red and white light illumination for12-hours on improving reproductive performance of Zi-geese. After 2 months of light treatment, 3 female goose were randomly slaughtered in each treatment, and samples of hypothalamus, pituitary and ovary were collected for transcriptome sequencing analysis.
