Study 1 - Lung Function Data [Group level statistics]

This dataset was generated in a clinical study where the acute effects of the inhalation of vapors (with and without nicotine) produced by a 4th generation e-cigarette device on lung function and on blood clinical parameters were studied on young and healthy occasional tobacco smokers.
Pulmonary function tests were performed with a MEC PFT body box (Medical Electronic Construction, Brussels, Belgium) before and within 5–10 min of exposure. (Medical Electronic Construction, Brussels, Belgium) before and within 5–10 min of exposure.

本数据集源自一项临床研究，该研究以年轻健康的偶发烟草吸烟者为受试对象，探究四代电子烟设备产生的含尼古丁与不含尼古丁蒸气的吸入行为对肺功能及血液临床参数的急性影响。
